SIGN ES - When should the annotations field be used?

The annotations field varies depending on the context:

• The INDIVIDUAL type applies in Bizcaya. It is also mandatory to include the activity_code field.

• The INCIDENT type is used in Verifactu in OFFLINE mode. It is also mandatory to include the reason field.
