There can be different reasons why the fiskaly status page does not reflect the error messages you are experiencing.
- was caused by a faulty implementation on customer side - contact us to solve it
- has not yet been reported nor detected within our monitoring system - let us know so we can react
- occurs with single customers only and in very isolated cases (edge case) - contact us to find a solution together
