SIGN DE - Can a TEST TSS certificate expire?

TEST TSS certificates expire one year after creation.

If your TEST TSS returns the error E_CERTIFICATE_EXPIRED, please create a new one. 

Please note that this does not apply to LIVE TSS instances.
