A TSS can be set to the state "DISABLED"
via the SIGN DE API V2 endpoint updateTss or via the fiskaly Dashboard. This step is irreversible. However, it is still possible to export older data of this TSS (triggerExport).
Only a TSS in the state "UNINITIALIZED"
or "INITIALIZED"
can be disabled.
Before the TSS can be disabled, Authenticate Admin
(authenticateAdmin) must be performed.
This can also be done via the fiskaly Dashboard:
- Log into your account and choose the corresponding organization.
- In the panel in the upper left corner of the screen, toggle on the mode (‘LIVE’ or ‘TEST’) in which the TSS was created.
- On the left side of the screen, select ‘Germany’, then ‘Technical Security Systems’.
- A new page is displayed with a list of all TSS instances within the organization.
- Select the TSS you would like to disable by clicking on its ID, which will open a new page.
- On the TSS detail page, click on ‘DISABLE TSS’ in order to change its state to
"DISABLED"
. - Admin PIN is required for the update.
