It is possible to create managed_organizations with an already enabled LIVE environment.
In order to do so, authenticate with a LIVE token generated by a LIVE API Key and proceed via the createOrganization endpoint of the Management API. A LIVE API Key can be obtained within the LIVE environment of the first organization created via the fiskaly Dashboard.
Another possibility is to log in to the fiskaly Dashboard, sign in to the relevant organization and make sure that the switch is set to 'live' before creating a new managed_organization.
