SIGN IT - Key changes in SIGN IT 2025-08-12 – fiskaly-support (EN)

The release of SIGN IT 2025-08-12 brings key changes and marks the debut of our Unified API.

The documentation for this version now applies to both France and Italy.

Base URL
The new version uses the Unified API sub-domain:
TEST: test.api.fiskaly.com
LIVE: live.api.fiskaly.com
Required X-Api-Version Header
This header is now mandatory: 2025-08-12.
Records Structure Change
The details field in the Records has been moved one level deeper: from content.details to content.operation.details
Record PDF Retrieval
It is now possible to retrieve the Record PDF (compliance.artifact) as generated in the "Fatture e Corrispettivi" portal. See this article for details: Can I obtain the generated record PDF via API?
New Entity field – fiscalization.credentials.tax_id_number
This new tax_id_number field allows taxpayers to differentiate between the tax ID of the business and that of the Fisconline user (the person authorized to operate on behalf of the business and holding the Fisconline credentials). This supports new AdE authentication flows that previously resulted in Transmission error: unsupported Agenzia delle Entrate (AdE) flow

Both fields are supported in POST /entities and PATCH /entities.
