SIGN IT - Key changes in SIGN IT 2026-02-03

Below is an overview of the key changes introduced in SIGN IT 2026-02-03.
 

Key changes from version 2025-08-12 to 2026-02-03

• New required X-Api-Version Header
  The latest version is 2026-02-03.
   

• New resource - Location::BRANCH
  - Replaces the previous Entity::LOCATION resource. 
  - Represents each operating business location. 
  - Creation is not mandatory if there is only one operating business location and it corresponds to the taxpayer's legal address. 

  Note: Upon Taxpayer creation, a Location::HEAD_OFFICE is automatically created and shares the same ID as the Taxpayer.

   

• fiscalization.credentials.tax_id_number is now a required field.
   

• Updated Resource Terminology
  To improve clarity and consistency, some resources have been renamed: 
  Asset::UNIT → Organization::UNIT  
Entity::COMPANY/INDIVIDUAL → Taxpayer::COMPANY/INDIVIDUAL
Entity::LOCATION → Location::BRANCH

  As part of this update, the corresponding endpoints have been updated as follows:
  /organizations (previously /assets)
/taxpayers/locations (previously grouped under the /entities resource and endpoint, now split into two distinct resources with dedicated endpoints)
